From Radius to Cliff Davis

Yes, I read it and submitted and paid for my membership upgrade and name change Tuesday night. I received a confirmation email on Wednesday stating my membership had been activated.

As you can see, neither my name nor membership status has changed.

Am I doing something wrong? I saw another post that stated to post a change request here as well. Appreciate any help you can give me.

You seem to have overlooked the thread prefix part. This helps to direct Spark's attention to the thread and brings a quicker response.

But I'm sure he's on it. :)
