Coop, yes, the 1911 combat survivor comes with the survival clip that has the diamond hone, Leatherman micra, ferric/magnesium fire rod, fish hooks, needles, synthetic sinew, and flash light in it. The extra magazine for your colt .45 auto goes in the pocket in the sheath.
