Here is my process;

Out from the oven then go to Low Temp.Salt Bath

I am a little confused, perhaps something is getting lost in translation:confused:, but that bottom image is a nitrogen dewar not low temp salts; going from the oven into that would not accomplish much for the blades but would make a spectacular special effects show. You would make a whole lot of nitrogen gas in an extremely short amount of time.

Kevin, good idea to point that out to some folks that might misunderstand, but I'm pretty sure the OP understands the process. If you click on that link (it's not just a pic) you'll see him pull the blade out of that big furnace and quench it in the bath right next to the furnace. :thumbup: :)

That would make sense if there is more to read in the link. My lack of insight results from that fact that I seldom click links to other sites within threads. Beyond the typical reasons, if I started following links off the forums I try to visit everyday my internet time would get so convoluted I wouldn't ever make it to the shop.:o

I am new in the knife making soceity and uor price is just cost plus (no extra charges)
Our regular price is approximate US$ 35 : one inch long of blade.
For example 5.75 - 4 inch blade is approx. US$ 140
Price includes Kydex Sheath and we make very good Sheath too.

Please refer to Nick's comment.

Better video clip, from oven to low temp salt bath

Thanks Bambrite;)

The process was done by our consultant, Dr. Isara , a specialist in metallurgy who loves studying the metal for blades.
He act on R&D for us.
