I've heared a couple of times the triflex is a differential harded carbonsteel.
Is this a fact?

The info on frosts website is a bit vague:

Triflex (T)
This modified carbon steel is best described as a material between laminated steel and plain carbon steel hardened to HRC 59-60 with a softer surface that improves the tensile strength considerably.
Though it will not allow bending as laminated steel.

Also wanted to ask what the BK or SB stands for (see http://www.frosts.se/index_2_uk.html )

I have Frosts carbon steel blades. They are excellent cutters. The thinner blades will not take abuse as in prying & lateral flexing. I would not ever go into the woods without one. They are excellent knives for around 10 U.S. bucks. I have heard that people who have the Trifex are happy with them. Some U.S. survival schools recomend the Triflex but, I forgot which ones. I know this dosn't help a lot but, I never heard bad things about these knives. Also, any knife can fail if pushed beyond its limits.
