Oh yeah, I must say that a bit of coconut rum adds quite a new dimension......... just sayin
 
Yeah, this sounds like a fantastic way to finish my day! I think I'm going to have to break out the blender tonight. Thanks for the idea.
 
3 cups pineapple juice, 1 cup lime juice, a hefty splash of coconut rum and a half can of frozen OJ a dash of absolut citron and handfull of ice ; blend and enjoy. These are my girls favorite.
 
Too sweet. I avoid the sweet things the older I get. Hell, a Negroni sorta tastes sweet to me. I usually back waaaay off the vermouth and bump up the gin.
