Shedding a couple of prized possessions from my collection. Both are in excellent, original condition. Neither of them have ever been carried, used or re-sharpened. I am not considering any trades at this time, but I am willing to consider reasonable offers. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking.
A.T. Barr of Nicholasville, KY.
Large folder with Damascus blade, Mosaic Damascus bolsters, Desert Ironwood handles (I think), blued titanium liners with file work, and matching blue file work along the entire back. Gold pins hold the handle slabs and bolsters, and a gold thumbstud. This one is a real "safe queen".
Measures just over 8 ½" in overall length, with a 3 ¾ blade a very classy gentleman's folder.
The blade locks up solid with no play in the open position, and falls centered in the handle when closed.
A great blade shape and Damascus pattern. Nice oversized bolsters give the knife a real balanced look. A very substantial knife in-hand. If you are familar with A.T. Barr's website, then you'll know that this is definitely "no ugly knife".
