Just picked up some new knives & guns so it's time to get rid of some others.
Model: 2006 Halo III Tactical #879
Asking Price: SOLD
Blade: 2-tone plain-edge tanto
Handle: Aluminum
Includes: Original box & inserts, kydex sheath, nylon sheath, and clear display stand
Details: Purchased earlier this year. Selling because I just can't seem to enjoy SA OTFs. Blade is perfect, edge is perfect/unused, lock-up is perfect. Body is nearly perfect with the exception of some extremely light rub marks from the kydex sheath and a small hairline scratch on the back bottom of the body (pictured below).
Trades: I will trade one/both of these knives (+ cash) for a re-bladed Warren Thomas MT UT6. Not looking for anything else at this time.
PM me for more info on either of these or to purchase!
Model: 2002 Microtech Ultratech UT6 Tactical #008
Asking Price: SOLD
Blade: Black partially-serrated tanto
Handle: Carbon Fiber / Aluminum
Includes: Original box & inserts, pouch, and clear display stand
Details: This was my primary EDC for about 3 years. It was used almost exclusively to open Amazon packages and frozen pizza wrappers. The non-serrated portion of the edge has been touched up many times and is very sharp. The serrated portion of the blade has seen almost zero use and has never been sharpened. The knife body and clip have some scratches/dings. CF top transplanted from a 2003 UT6 and lines up nicely; (since the only markings were on the original aluminum top, the knife is sterile).
The action is buttery smooth and lock-up is extremely tight; however, the blade needs to be kept free of tape residue and dirt for reliable function. This knife still has a lot of life left and would make an excellent and unique user.
