FS 3rd pattern ww2 knife stamped 2 on pommel?

Hi, I have fs ww2 knife and I'm trying to find more info on. It's a 3rd pattern with a 2 stamped on pommel. Only stamp I cab see, any info would help. Sorry idk how to post pics.
