SOLD PENDING FUNDS - For Sale is my Alex Daniels bowie knife. It is in MINT condition. It has never been used, carried or re-sharpened. It doesn't have blemish on it. I am the original owner, and this one has lived in the safe outside the sheath.
The handle is deep, black Ebony wood. If I recall correctly, the guard and butt / pommel are nickel silver as are the pins. The blade is ATS-34. This is a big, hefty knife that feels awesome in-hand. The overall length is 12" and the blade is just over 7" in length. The blade steel is 1/4" thick and the blade itself is 1 3/4" at its widest point. The top clip is not sharpened. The knife by itself weighs just over 1 pound!
Included with the knife is a custom leather sheath with a fluted metal button (could be nickel silver), made by the maker. I will also include a lined, zippered pouch for storage and protection. Mr. Daniels knives rarely come up for sale. They will often sell for $1K - $2K. It's rare to find one of his bowies of this size for under $1K.
