For consideration is Sebby 31 Bog Oak scale +hardware. A dreamy example of the robustness of Bog Oak coupled with the elegance of polished goodness only CRK can achieve. Blade has sentimental value as it relates to a buddy of mine but the rest is up for grabs. Lockup is nice and early and really only fondled knife so its pretty pristine as seen in photos. Would pair nicely with any stonewash, polished, or damascus 31 blade. $495 Shipped
Next up is the King, The Anax. Probably the best knife under $1K and likely over as well. I’ve handled and used all manner of knives up to $1K and beyond and nothing beats this. For the money it’s a steal and being as already own another, looking to pickup a DLC black version for underwater spurlunking. Condition is excellent. Please note, it isn’t mint though as did carry and use from time to time. The edge is original and almost hair shaving sharp but not factory shave sharp. There are a few tiny marks on blade near blade edge as well and on the polished flats. Thus though it looks virtually new, the knife isn’t collector mint though not saying Microtech couldn’t refurbish it up either in a jiffy and have it show ready in no time. Action is bloody gorgeous, as drop shutty-hydraulic-y smooth as they come. I could gush on this knife for days but for the sake of listing, will end here.
