I have a VERY lightly used Benchmade 908BK Axis Stryker up for sale. This is the full sized axis stryker with black blade coating. I am the second owner however I purchased it in brand new condition. It's still in amazing shape. It does show the tiniest bit of wear, which occurred during carry and is purely cosmetic. The knife still functions at 100%.
So for aesthetics/cosmetics, the blade coating shows no wear at all except for one tiny little mark where the grind meets the swedge (you can see it in the pics). There is some light scuffs on the top of the liners from carrying in my pocket, but it doesn't show much and does not affect the functionality whatsoever (see pics). The pocket clip is black coated and kind of stonewashed so it doesn't show wear. The handle scales are absolutely perfect. I've included a brand new pocket clip and extra new scale+pivot screws in case you want to freshen up the aesthetics or just simply need them. Can never have too many.
Functionally, it's flawless. Operates like brand new. The blade deploys and closes so nicely. It's super smooth. The lock up is solid with no blade play and the axis lock is a joy to use (no stickiness, stiffness, etc). I only did some very light cutting with it, mostly paper, envelopes, and tape. I touched up the blade with my sharpmaker and its hair popping sharp. Overall the knife is perfect aside from the couple cosmetic blemishes.
