This is in good used shape. It does have a couple scuffs on the top, as shown, from sharpening. It comes with great action (drop closed) and lockup with solid lockup. It is slightly off center to the clip side. It comes with a deep carry clip, box, and baggie.

This one is also in good used shape. It has been sharpened, and there are some nicks on the back side of the thumb stud from me putting on a SnaggleToothMF pocket opener thumb stud. Really nice action (drop closed) and rock solid lockup. It is slightly off center t the non clip side. No box or extra clip.
