Knifeworks exclusive BM 940-1501. Has the black/blue G10 with blue spacers and CPM-20CV blade steel. Got this in on a trade. Last owner sharpened on wicked edge and did a very nice job. Laser sharp. Doesn't look to have been carried or used much if at all. Action is silky smooth and perfect centering. Comes with all factory papers with baggie/box etc.
