I have a BNIB Benchmade 940-1501 Knifeworks exclusive. I purchase this knife a few months ago examined it and it has been sitting in my drawer unused since. The fit and finish on this 940 is the best I have seen on any Benchmade. Lock-up is solid. Bevel is evenly ground. Blade is dead centered and action is pretty darn smooth for a brand new axis lock. Knife will come with everything pictured as it came to me. I'm also including a parkerized split arrow clip from benchmade as well as a standard black painted clip.
