This is LNIB. Comes with everything from the factory. I love this knife but I've been buying too many lately so I need to thin the heard and I can't see myself actually carrying it.

Super Smooth Axis Lock action. The outside of the clip appears to have a small bit of wear but blade appears untouched. I have never carried it or cut anything with it.
