I just checked it and you're spot on. I was wondering where the chip came from since I rarely carry it.

Sorry, I neglected to see the no trades but these part.

Benchmade can fix that Mini, but you're going to a new blade since the area that contacts the stop pin when closed has too much material removed, which is what causes that problem.
