FS: Big Altanus 17 Jewel Swiss Mechanical Pilot's Watch

One large Atlanus Pilots watch, roughly 44mm diameter, 17 jewel mechanical movement (Unitas???) with a date display (no quickset, it advances as the hands advance), 80-85% condition (overall very bright and clean but some minor scuffs and tiny hairlines), with display back. 22mm lugs and currently has a used (some wear, but solid) faux-alligator strap that will comfortably fit a 8-8.25 inch wrist.
