Brand new 14.5" Mid-length BCM upper receiver with 12" Daniel Defense Lite Rail, Bravo Company BFH hammer forged barrel, BCM forged upper receiver, and BCM Gunfighter Mod 1 compensator. Also have a brand new BCM bolt carrier group and Gunfighter charging handle. This upper receiver group is brand new, never used, fired at all. Decided to go with a rifle length system instead of the mid-length. I can sell this with or without the bolt carrier group and charging handle if you do not want/need them. Also the vertical hand grip pictured is not included.

Is compensator pinned or welded? If not, may want to make sure buyer is aware of NFA/Pistol laws.
 
Not really interested in trades as I need funds to go towards another rifle length upper. Just to clarify, this 14.5 upper does have the comp pinned/welded, no problems at all, thx.
