Acrylic crystal is free of any significant marks. Has one very small mark I struggled to photograph. Could be polished out.
Dial is in great condition and has developed a patina over the years. Says "Navitimer" on the dial, which was removed from newer Montbrillant Navitimers.
Blued chronograph hands!
Bezel action is smooth and firm. Feels like new.
Movement is Breitling Cal. 30 (modified ETA 2892-A2). Chronograph functions without issues. Nice solid feel to the pushers.
The watch comes on the original Breitling strap and buckle. The strap has been used but is in very good shape and has a lot of life left in it. The watch also looks great on crocodile print or rustic leather.
The watch comes with outer and inner box, hang tag, instruction book, warranty book, and slide ruler practice tool.
I have owned this watch for one year and I wore it about 30 times. I absolutely love it, but must let it go to pay for my grail. It has a wonderful vintage vibe and wears larger than its dimensions would suggest. It was purchased pre owned from a reputable local watch dealer and repair shop. Movement was serviced and regulated, and the case was pressure tested by the dealer. The dealer did not polish the watch. However, it looks so good it may have been polished. The lines on the case are still very sharp. There is one small mark on the top left lug. Otherwise there are no significant scratches or dings. The movement is very clean, winds great, and keeps great time (+/- 6 seconds a day), so it may be that the watch was not often used by the previous owner.
