Up for sale is a New and unused (as received from Busse, never sharpened, etc.) Busse Custom Shop HOGFSH (Heavy Ordinance Grade Fusion Steel Heart) with a Satin Finish and two slab G10 handles (reference pics below for detail on the construction). Also, included is the original cardboard sleeve (not shown in the pics).

No sheath for this one, sorry.

I am waiting (or have been for 6+ months) for my first customg sheath from Armoralleather and depending on how I liked it... I was going to start outfitting my other Busses!

My boys are a little young to be playing with knives, all in good time though!

The thickness is 5/16" measured with a ruler at the spine just in front of the handle. The blade length is 8" and overall length roughly 14".
 
yea that sounds good. this is really the only hogfsh i can find even though i hate to mess up those handles and blade. but my son is in iraq and he called me yesterday and said his knife was doing great but he wished he had a thicker one jut to have in case he needed it. (he told me a story about yesterday, he said they had found an abandoned house that was locked. and his squad leader took out his HOG and chopped the door down. I guess that impressed sean.) So if you don't mind this knife getting tore up and can part with it knowing that. I think i will take it.

I would love the idea of this one being used in Iraq. Now I know why you asked about the sheath!
