I'm selling some knives that rarely, if ever, get used. Prices include shipping, PayPal only - add 3% for fees. I will ship to continental US only for these prices - if you would like it shipped outside the continental US, I'll need to check actual shipping costs and add that to the price. Links to pics below - additional pics available upon request. First "I'll take it" posted in this thread followed by prompt payment gets your choice from these two knives:
1) Case Blue Bone Mini Copperhead 3 5/8" - single blade, lockback, carried a few times, about a year old, blade is mint, very sharp factory edge, some faint scuffing on the bolsters, with box and papers - $30
2) Vintage Queen #9 Stockman, 3 blade, Winterbottom bone handles, brass liners, nickel silver bolsters, no etch, Q-Steel tang stamp (1958-1960), 440C steel (I think, based on limited research)
You won't see many 50+ year old knives that look as nice as this one. Other than minor scuffing on the top quarter of the main blade and on the bolsters, this knife would look new. I pulled this from the manufacturer's display case it must've been in for 40 years going through the remnants from a relatives old general store afer it was closed. Very little use/carry on this one - I think I stropped the main blade edge once which is why the tip is slightly scuffed. Asking $60 OBO SOLD for this one, a collector's piece - no box.
Vintage Queen #24 Slim Trapper, 2 blade, Winterbottom bone handles, brass liners, nickel silver bolsters, no etch, Q-Steel tang stamp (1958-1960), 440C steel (I think, based on limited research)
This one is completely pristine - never used, never sharpened, no marks on blades, great snap in both blades. I don't have a box as this came from the same display case as the #9 Queen for sale in this thread. I've included a picture from the book "American Premium Guide to Knives and Razors" by Jim Sargent showing the same knife except mine has no etching on the main blade. I'm asking $80 OBO SOLD for this one. More pics available on request.
Thanks for looking.
