Hey All
Have decided to sell my 228 prototype. Really a fantastic knife but just on the thick side for my tastes. This is the #1 prototype for the 228 series. All parts (including the clip) are engraved on the inside with "CAM Concept #1". The knife is crazy smooth and opens lightning fast. The blade falls shut under it's own weight. I was told this one uses 3V steel. There is absolutely no blade play in any direction, lockup is about 35% on rock solid. Blade edge is completely un-used and it is perfectly centered. The original Chavez padded and business card are included.

FULL DISCLOSURE
The frag pattern and the large double thumb studs were both done by me. The frag pattern was milled on a SIP 2P Jig Borer and I made the thumb studs on a Schaublin 70 lathe. Both are executed to the best of my ability and can be differentiated from original. I am a watchmaker by trade and use very tight tolerances when machining. The thumb studs are hardened 440C stainless. The original single thumb stud will be included with the knife. Please check out my website for more examples of my work. www.keatonmyrick.com
