I've decided to pull the trigger on a full-custom knife from my long-time favorite maker. I need to sell a few things to put the money together
So, I'm putting up my large Sebenza 21 Insingo. It's a Knife Art special with carbon fiber scales: http://www.knifeart.com/largecarbon.html
I bought it a couple of years ago from a collector in NJ. He claims he carried it but never used it. I've neither carried it nor used it (lol). It's basically been sitting in its box. Never been sharpened: still has the factory edge. I'm asking $395 by PayPal, with free shipping anywhere in the USA.
Here are pics of the actual knife...

Blade centering is perfect:

The Insingo blade has a generous swedge, which makes it pretty good at penetrating for a Wharncliffe-style blade:

The stonewashed finish is one of the smoothest and most even I've ever seen:

The carbon scale has an almost holographic feel. Hard to photograph, but there's a real sense of depth:

It's the anti-mullet. Party in the front...

Business at the back...

Love the details:

I don't own a traditional all-titanium Sebenza, but I've handled quite a lot over the years. The carbon scales make for a significantly lighter knife. I didn't think it would make such a big difference, but you really notice it.
