These have only seen display use or collected dust in the safe. Purchased from Jay 15+ yrs ago. buy these for what I paid all those years ago and skip the wait. These were the best jay had to offer then and would guess he would not sell you any of these for less than 3K. I do have two that do not have gemstone scales that, or course, are not worth as much.. 1. Pinon Folder - Sodalite handles, thumbstud, and embellishment on sarcophagus. WOW
2. Bosque - Elegant and sleek, tiger eye handles, exotic filework of course, boattail handle, ELEGANT, wonderful hardwood stand with brass pins.
3. Rio Salado - personal favorite, mookite Jasper scales, perfect grinds, incredible display with mookite and nickel silver escutcheons
4. Coronado - Damascus Dagger with Petrified wood handle, antiqued and blued quillion/hilt with simple stand that let's the blade stand out.
These four knives are priced at $1500 each
5. Last Chance - for medium sized hands - resin stabilized box elder burl scales, bead blasted finish, gray kydex sheath, tanto style blade, a must see and hold ($800)
6. Midnight - Long blade with linen micarta scales and blued finish showing some wear from cycling in and out of sheath, VERY agressive teeth on this one.. ($500)
