This is the first version. Very lightly used. Has a some light marks on it.
From County Comm: The pen is robust and made to last a lifetime; whether it's on the training field or in the office. A black medium SPR4 pressurized Fisher Space Pen refill, good from -30F to +250F is included. The machined deep knurled grip is made for non-slip use. The built in 301 grade stainless steel clip provides a secure fit in your pants or in your EDC bag.

This was mounted on my motorcycle for less than one season. Garage kept. Great condition.

This tool bag is made of 8-10 oz harness leather. This bag can mount vertically or horizontally - forks, frame, bars etc. The tool bag comes with two nylon D ring straps. Leather closure straps are also 8-10 oz (about 3.5mm thick which translates to 9/64" − over 1/8" thick) harness leather and fasten to two chrome plated roller buckles.
• Crafted from 8-10 oz Latigo or harness Leather.
• All stress points riveted with steel rivets coated with Empigard® for corrosion protection.
• Heavy-duty Brass chrome-plated roller buckles.
