It has been modded with a part polished S35VN blade and the scales were sanded between the inlays by the previous owner.

It has been used, it hasn’t needed warranty work and most likely never will because the materials have been proven (if you are worried about warranty on a knife you will never use, I can’t help you).
There are extra washers. What you see is what you get. It is ready for you to sent to Rockytop Customs for Spydie hole and cerakote.
