For sale is a Chris Reeve Mountaineer I (I believe this is the correct model but I am only going by what CRK told me it was from looking at photos I sent them). I received this in a trade a little while back and have never used it. I emailed CRK for more info and was told "The knife in the photos looks like our Mountaineer I. It was made of A2 steel from 1985-2009". It has been used and sharpened but is still in pretty good shape. CRK also told me that they do still offer refinishing for this model. Most of the wear is just scratches in the finish which can be re-done very inexpensively. It comes with the original leather sheath which also shows wear but the leather is still in good condition. It does not come with the original box or birthdate card but I was told by CRK that they would provide a replacement card and box if it is sent in for spa treatment. I am asking $OLD obo shipped in the lower 48. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
