FS: CRK Ti-Lock

Up for sale is my gently used CRK Ti-Lock. I purchased this knife new and carried it for a couple of weeks, using it lightly for general tasks. There's a couple of cosmetic scratches on the pivot bolt. Some of the blue finish is scratched on the spring thingy on top of the blade. Nothing at all major. In fact, you'd need studio grade equipment to photograph these little flaws. But hey, full disclosure. So there's no misunderstandings. This is a USED knife.

Comes with original box, birth certificate, CRK window sticker and CRK polishing cloth. Asking 420 gift paypal. That's shipped and insured to your door. CONUS addresses only (No New York sales please). If you want to pay with regular paypal the price will be discussed via PM or email.

so why is selling to someone who lives in the state of NY a problem? not understanding this, its not like you have to report the knife sale to the govt. ...just curious because this is the first ive seen this for a personal sale.

Last I heard, there were some issues with an overzealous AG in NYC that was seizing all the folding knives he could get his hands on. When I heard that Spyderco had stopped shipping knives to NYC (and as far as I last knew, the whole state), I decided if Spyderco's legal eagles didn't like the climate there, I sure as heck don't like it. Admittedly, I'm going off pretty old info. Since Bladeforums took on this crappy new format, I've been sort of AWOL and haven't kept up with the latest knife news. So I'm not comfortable sending any folding knives to a NY address. Sorry dude.
