Up for sale (no trades) is a famous Neil Blackwood Mini Skirmish, custom built from a special order. The knife has S35VN blade with a beautifully hand rubbed finish. The clip matches the outline of the knife. New Condition, once sold on BF for $1499.00. I'm asking $800 NET via PayPal where you cover PayPal fees and I'll cover shipping. PM me if interested.
Specs:
Handle Material: Stonewashed Titanium handles and backspacer with a Spalted Maple inlay.
Blade: Hand Rubbed S35VN
Blade Length: 3.25
OAL: 7.75
Weight 5.2 oz.
Condition: New
Blade is Centered and the Knife has a Liner-Lock
The way Neil describes it: The wood is some of the wildest stuff I had in the shop. The inlay has been finished now and sits lower in the frame. The frame had a spiral pattern milled into it and I thought that adding the inlay pocket and inlay would look cool and make it very unique. Once finished, the bronze coloring will go nicely with the wood. I used threaded inserts for the frame screws on the lock side. My feeling is it gives the knife a much more finished look than just the ends of the screws poking through the frame. I call the frame finished stonewashed, a process that I do in a special tumbler that I designed."
Thx
