Up for sale, a swayback, swedge ground Custom Shop Satin Jack. This one is thick, and has nice linen slabs with the now defunct rope pattern grip. The bead blast on this one looks awesome.

Price is $750 shipped ConUS. PMO , Paypal + 3.5%

Note: Ed Brown not included :-)

Will ship outside ConUS, but will not lie on customs declarations, and buyer pays for all increased shipping charges.

I reserve the right to refuse service without explanation... You must be 18 years of age and the knife must be legal to own by you and in your municipality of residence. Feedback will be checked. "I'll take it" posted on the thread gets first consideration for sale. BUT... Please do not post this phrase of intent to buy UNLESS you are ready to carry through with the sale.

I am positive that is black paper micarta. That greenish tint in the rope pattern grooves gives it away. I have the exact handled SJ and it looks identical.

Got a question :

thanks for the response... i would go with black paper for certain; that's a real beauty, though. good luck with the sale.

Let me give you a bump and a few questions:

1) "V" grind or asymmetrical edge?

2) The custom shop logo looks washed out in your photo, but I'm guessing it's probably the effect of the flash?

3) Is the swedge sharp or false?

Thanks,
Will

Hi Will - My answers below in blue

Let me give you a bump and a few questions:

1) "V" grind or asymmetrical edge?
I am not 100% sure. I am travelling today and tomorrow, but wil check and post on Thursday.

2) The custom shop logo looks washed out in your photo, but I'm guessing it's probably the effect of the flash?
Yes, the logo looks great in person - My picture taking ability is not really good :-)
3) Is the swedge sharp or false?
It is not sharpened.

Thanks,
Will

Here are a couple more pictures as well -

Sorry it took a while, but had to check to make sure - the edge definitely is asymmetric.
