Good Afternoon,

This blade is made from 1/4" AEBL ground to 400 and finished on an ultra fine scotch brite belt. The blade has an aggressive distal taper, it is 0.250 at the guard, 0.190 around the center and 0.08 behind the tip. The knife balances at the back side of the guard and is very light and fast at 6.3 ounces.

The handle is a stabilized epoxy filled zebra shin bone with leather spacers and wrought iron fittings I forged from a 100 year old ship chain. The butt cap is threaded on the tang and then the tang was peened over. The bone will remain dimensionally stable and waterproof. There is a small section on the back next to the butt cap where the bone was thin and the epoxy filling shows. It doesn't look bad since the filling is the same color as the stabilized bone and does not affect the function but I wanted to point it out and took a closeup of it.

It comes with a leather sheath with multiple mounting options.

Price $425 , shipping is included to continental United States via USPS. Preferred payment is via paypal.
