Up for grabs here is an early Davison Slipjoint in California buckeye burl scales. I have had this for a while, and carried it some. However, I always carried it in a velvet pouch. About 3 months ago I had it sharpened by our own Knife Nut to a 10000 grit mirror polish. I have not sliced with it since it was sharpened.
Here are the details from Davison:
Scales - California Buckeye Burl #157
Steel - 3/32'' ATS34 - Rc. 60 - 61
Bolsters & Liners - stainless
Closed - 3 3/4''
Hollow ground ......... Mirror Finished.......... Cryogenic Quenched
Closes dead center ..........No Half Stop .......... Razor Sharp.
Nice walk & talk. ......
As you can see in the pictures, this one also has some very nice file work all around. Backspring is flush and file worked as well.

Keep in mind that even a basic Davison folder with liners run you five hundred, this one is a gently used steal at
That price includes shipping with insurance and DC. If you would like the velvet pouch I carried it in, I will throw that in as well.
I am open to trades for custom slipjoints or a gentleman's knife such as a Mnandi or a WH. Cash can always balance any deal!
Please PM me with questions, thanks for looking
