I love the build of this knife, it's precision and quality. But I have a grail in my sights and simply need the dough.
If you are not familiar with Matt's signature piece, The Fire is a double action folder:
You can open with the exquisitely turned ambidextrous thumb studs and it opens smoothly and easily.
OR you can open it using the hidden trigger of pushing down on the right cf scale, at which point it flies out as quickly as an auto.
On this model the blade is Elmax with a DLC coating that is tougher than Kalgard. Blade is 3.5" and handle is 4.5". It's a well balanced package.
The scales are textured carbon fiber, with a full length backspacer of lightning strike carbon fiber.
The frame is titanium and the lock bar has polished stainless insert to avoid any stickiness when disengaging (and ti vs ti wear over long use).
Very deep carry clip almost appears to be part of the frame.
Finished off with a lined, leather pouch with perfect stitching.
A lot of bang for the buck in these knives, a pretty impressive package.
It's like new, never carried.
"I'll take it" followed with a PM gets it shipped to your door via Priority Mail with tracking.
