Doc Shiffer Large Recon. This knife is a beast. LSCF scale and clip, Ti frame lock and bolster. Over 4" of thick CPM154 for the blade. Blade is centred and no play at all. Full disclosure: Lock up can be sticky at times if you really open it hard (graphite, carbidizing and/or break in time time should alleviate this). Also, there are typical light carry marks on the blade as I've tried to capture in one of the pics. SOLD.
Allen Elishewitz Hyde. This knife is a tank and a piece of art. Incredibly smooth action. LSCF scales with zirconium bolsters, Ti clip, bronze ano'd Ti liners and 4" of Damascus for the blade. I have never carried this knife - edge is very sharp. Full Disclosure: this knife came to me with very slight side to side play. It would be easy to fix if I had the little wrench for the decorative pivot. Allen pointed me in the direction of contacting Michael at http://www.sheffieldsupply.com/ for a wrench. I did not ask Allen to fix it himself as I did not want to go back and forth through all the cross border shipping but if you live in the USA perhaps he would oblige you. I'm only looking to get back what I paid for this stunning knife. SOLD.
