I've got a used Dr. T Backpocket (about 4" closed, 3 1/8" blade) for sale in green canvas micarta, ATS-34, with 410SS liners and fluted pivot bolster. I'm the original owner having picked it up on Knifepurveyor.com a year or two ago, and carried it quite a bit. As a result, I've sharpened it a couple times (currently has decent edge, but could be touched up) and has some hairline scratches on the blade and bolster from use and carry. I'd put the pull at a 6 or 7 and the blade snaps open very nicely. It really has been a great knife, but I'm having to thin out the collection a bit to fund some house projects. The knife also includes a zipper pouch.
These sell new for $495, so I'm asking $290 all inclusive via normal Paypal (not F&F). Shipping will be USPS Priority with Tracking (CONUS only), please add $15 if you'd like it fully insured. No trades please.
