Up for sale is my Edge Pro Apex sharpening setup. I bought it directly from Edge Pro about 6 months ago. I bought a lot of the extras: the tempered glass round base, leveling sand for the stones, the separate adapter assembly for small knives, two metal polishing plates and three glass polishing plates for the polishing tape strips, extra 2000, 3000 and 6000 grit polishing tape strips, etc..., pretty much everything from them that I thought would be good to get. I paid over $400.00 for the whole lot.
I've sharpened 4 knives on it. The setup is in basically new condition and works well, but it's just not for me as I prefer clamp-style sharpeners.
