Years ago the Emerson Commander series was winner of the "Best Overall Knife of the Year" at the Blade Show in Atlanta, GA. The Emerson Commander series is a 21st century combination of design, materials, performance, and razor sharpness. This knife along with other Emerson Knives, sets the new standard for the cutlery industry and continues to push the design and performance envelope for cutting tools well into the 21st century.
The Commander knife has all the great features you love including a strong titanium liner lock and textured black G-10 handle scales. Emerson's patented "Wave Shaped Opening Feature" allows you to open the knife one-handed as it is withdrawn from your pocket. Black clip is included for tip-up carry.
The Commander BT knife has a black finished 154 CM blade with a V grind and a plain cutting edge.
