This is a brand new Emerson Collectors Assc, "Upscale" CQC7. It is a limited release of 70 knives, serial numbered. It is the production version of the CQC7 but has been given a few nice upgrades: it has twin titanium liners made out of .0625" ti (just like Ernie's original custom knives were). It also has extra thick super-grippy G-10 scales. The combo makes for a heftier feeling version of this tried 'n' true standby. This one is literally BNIB, serial number is 16/70. Black coated chisel ground tanto blade, liner lock is rock solid, and its got the tip up clip, box, papers etc. Direct from Emerson (offered only to ECA members) it was $225 with shipping. Offered here at $232 to cover my shipping costs w/in the USA. They are being offered elsewhere for $275-300.
