This end grain chopping block is made from Osage, Chechen, Rock Maple and Cherry. It has been sanded down to 320 grit and soaked in mineral oil then sanded again before being sealed with my food safe board wax. There are 4 rubber non-skid feet installed on the bottom using stainless steel screws.
The board measures 19 1/2" x 12 7/8" x 1 5/8" thick.
This board is only to be hand washed!
