For Sale is a Used Fiddleback Forge Ladyfinger as shown. Andy describes the Ladyfinger as a slimmer profile bushcrafting or fishing knife useful around the camp kitchen, great for game prep, and still quite good for bushcrafting. The usual 4" blade and 4.5" handle. This one features Green canvas micarta over natural micarta with white pinstripe. Convex grind on 5/32" 01 3D Spalted Tool Steel blade, full tang.
Full disclosure: it came to me slightly used, with some unsightly scratches on the blade, and had been sharpened. Not only was it not sharp, but it appeared to have been done with a sharpening machine (something I firmly believe should never be used around a good knife!) Anyway.... It took some time to rehab it, but the scratches are gone, the blade is finely polished, and I've sharpened it with a Wicked Edge at 23* followed by stropping to a hair-popping mirror edge that I'm pleased with. It is not new, but it's a very nice knife. I'll include a brand new sheath with it, Modern Classic, Large Chestnut by SharpShooter Sheaths for KSF. Sheath is New, and will require wet-forming to the Knife, which I will leave to buyer to do.
