You offered less than full price on the ipod, and said "would you take $$ on the ipod", the other person said "i will take it", if you had said that you would take it, you would have gotten it.

yes but had you replied to my email saying that you needed the 50 i would have taken it. however i received NO response from you until now.
 
The other person offered full price the first time and got it.
I guess if you want to be assured that you get something, say you will take it at the price listed. Otherwise someone else will offer full price and take it.
If you have further issue with this, contact one of the mods.
