GEC 15 Clip and Pen in Rust Red Jig Bone (151214STL). This one was recently purchased new (NOS) from a GEC distributor. It has faint, light scratches on the bolsters. It was carried once in a pocket with no other items and has only cut a piece of paper to test sharpness. It has excellent W & T with a pull of around 6. Centering on both blades is good (see pic) and there is no discernable side blade play. There is a small spot of light patina on one bolster (see pic). The knife has been given a light application of mineral oil (including the joint). Comes with tube and paper.
Price - $old
GEC 15 Sheepsfoot (Long Pull) and Pen in Nifebrite Acrylic (153215). This one was recently purchased new (NOS) from a GEC distributor. It has faint, light scratches on the bolsters and end caps. It was carried twice in a pocket with no other items and has only cut a piece of paper to test sharpness. It has excellent W & T with a pull of around 6. Centering on both blades is good (see pic) and there is no discernable side blade play. The knife has been given a light application of mineral oil (including the joint). Comes with tube, pin and paper.
Price - $80.00 > $75.00
GEC 15 Sheepsfoot (Long Pull) and Pen in Gabon Ebony (153215). It has very dark ebony. This one was purchased from a fellow forum member who stated it was LNIT and I see no reason to doubt him. It has faint, light scratches on the bolsters and end caps. It was carried once in a pocket with no other items and has only cut a piece of paper to test sharpness. It has excellent W & T with a pull of around 6. Centering on both blades is good (see pic) and there is no discernable side blade play. The knife has been given a light application of mineral oil (including the joint). Comes with tube and paper.
Price - $85.00
Northfield 53M Muskrat - Horsecut Walnut Bone (Serial Number - 047). This was purchased NIT from a fellow forum member. I carried it one time in a pocket with no other item and only used it to cut some tape on a Christmas present. There are a few faint scratches on the bolsters. It was sent back to GEC to have a pin spun down and remove play in the mark side clip so the SN was re-lettered. There is zero side play in either blade. The blades have medium pulls and good snap. The clip blades are very robust but well ground by GEC with surprisingly sharp edges and good points. The blades are fairly well centered (see pic below). The horsecut bone is well done and feels good in hand. The knife has been given a light application of mineral oil (including the joints). Comes with tube and paper. Please see pics in post below.
Price - $old
The first "I'll take it" followed up by rapid payment (within 1 hour) will get the knives. I am not interested in trades at this time. Payment through PayPal, I'll cover the fees and shipping (USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box) to CONUS addresses only. I will not ship to NYC addresses. Must be at least 18 years old and in compliance with all state and local laws to purchase these knives. I reserve the right to sell to whoever I would like.
Please PM me with any questions. Thanks for looking!
