I had one of these that developed an issue with the scales so I sent it in to GEC and they sent me a replacement. This is that replacement. It is New in Tube and has not been used or carried. Just put some WD-40 on it per GEC recommendation and opened and closed it some. Nice centering on both blades. Good snap on both blades. Main blade about a 5, secondary 6.5ish.

I really like this knife but haven't used it much since getting it. It's a great knife. The main blade is a long slender useful clip point in 420hc steel. The secondary is a hook disgorger, scaler/saw, and bottle opener. Both blades are centered well and have great snap and good walk and talk. About a 5 on the main blade and 4 on the secondary. There's a very light scratch on the main blade, but I couldn't get it to show in pictures. This has been sharpened, but it didn't come with a great edge so I think it needed it and makes it more usable out of the tube for you.
