I have the following for sale.
F&F 47 Hayn Helper Jack in Green Micarta (473216). I am the original owner and this was purchased from a GEC distributor. This knife has been carried a couple of times but the blades have the factory edges and were only used to test cut paper. There may be a few light scratches on the back springs and sheepsfoot swedge. The pulls are around a 5 to 6 and there is no discernable side blade play in either blade. Centering is good. Both blades have good W&T and good snap. There is a small pepper spot on one side of the long pen blade near the tang (see pic below at bottom of thread). It should be easy to polish out. The knife would make a great user. Comes with tube & paper.
Price - $old
Tidioute 38 John Chapman in Maroon Micarta (383215). I purchased this knife from a fellow forum member who stated it was carried a few times and had only been used for light cutting. I see no reason to doubt him. The blades still have the factory edges. The only marks on the knife that I see are some light bolster scratches, one scratch in the middle of the back spring and normal blade rub marks inherent to the pattern. The pruning blade has about a 5 pull and the spey blade has about 4.5 pull. There is a small amount of discernable blade play (felt not seen) in the pruning blade if torqued laterally. The spey blade has no discernable play. Both blades have good W&T with nice snap. This knife would make a great user. Comes with tube and paper.
Price - $old
The first "I'll take it" followed up by rapid payment (within 1 hour) will get the knives. I am not interested in trades at this time. Payment through PayPal, I'll cover the fees and shipping (USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box) to CONUS addresses only. I will not ship to NYC addresses. Must be at least 18 years old and in compliance with all state and local laws to purchase these knives. I reserve the right to sell to whoever I would like.
Please PM me with any questions. Thanks for looking!
