Today I have for sale two knives.

The first is a GEC 77 Northfield Barlow with clip point from the 2016 run. It has snakeskin micarta covers and a satin finished blade. I have used and carried this knife, but only fairly lightly. It currently has a very light patina forming and a mirror polished edge done by me. It is razor sharp. In addition to the patina, there are some light scratches on the blade that would have been caused by light use. On the pile-side bolster, there are some light marks that remain from some light rust that I removed. The walk and talk on this knife are phenomenal with about a 6 pull and excellent action. The blade is slightly off center when closed. Overall, this is a fantastic knife and one of my favorite traditional patterns of all time. I'm really not happy about having to sell this, but there are other purchases I need to fund.

The second knife I have for sale is a Northwoods Madison Barlow in brown sawcut-bone covers. I have used and carried this knife a fair amount. It originally came with a polished blade, but I applied a pretty lazy 1000 grit horizontal satin finish a while back (think I was removing some patina, I don't 100% remember). It has been sharpened by me a couple times and is currently wearing a semi-convex, mirrors polished edge which is extremely sharp. There are some light patina spots on the blade which I tried to capture in pics. The backspring has some very significant patina on it and a couple scratches. There is a very slight amount of side-to-side blade play, but the walk and talk are excellent (snaps shut like a gator!). The pull is probably around a 7 or 8 but is pretty easily manageable thanks to all the leverage you get on the long blade. The blade is slightly off center and there a just a couple very light rub marks that occur if the blade is pushed a little too hard to the side when opening. I have owned this knife for many years and treasure it deeply. I would really like to see this one go to a good home where it will be taken care of and appreciated. Another knife that I deeply regret having to let go, but again, other purchases need to be made. This is an amazing knife. Period.
Price: $300 shipped CONUS

Thank you,
- Daniel
