I had sent a PM a while ago (wondering if you didn't see it) asking specific questions regarding this being a factory second and other questions regarding overall condition and asking about any flaws. It looks like maybe the covers are cloudy, I only want to know if there are any issues beyond that or if it is like a perfect new model in every other aspect. I am a buyer pending those answers.
