New. This is the new Jungle version with the double bottom and zip entrance. Supports up to 300 lb weight limit. Fits individuals up to 7' in height.

I took it out of the bag, hung it in my backyard for about 10 minutes to put snakeskins on it and put it back into the stuff sack. It is absolutely new - I've never even been inside it.
