Up for grabs is the best example of a Hinderer I've ever owned or touched. I've always felt Hinderer's didn't cut well so when the Skinny Slicer came around I picked one up. This knife is much thinner behind the edge and cuts better. I like this version the best out of anything Hinderer makes.
With that being said, the knife isn't for me. I'm not big into bearings or flippers. The knife has been carried a few times but never really used. Sliced some paper and an apple (to test slicing ability) and it performed well. The factory edge is still intact and sharp. I'm currently running the phosphor bronze washers with knife pivot lube heavy and it's very satisfying to me. Bearings and teflon are included along with the box/card.
