This knife is new with sheath, no box. Great knife for neck wear or belt, or pack knife. The sheath is very tight on the knife so I modified the outer perimeter of the sheath to enhance grip for deploying the knife. I will also include a tek-lok if the buyer wants it.

These are around $300 new.
Get this one for $250 shipped CONUS.
