Up for sale, a Hiroaki Ohta friction folder in bookmatched figured Desert Ironwood. ATS-34 modified Wharncliffe blade with a beautiful hand rubbed finish. Fiber backspacer. 2.375" blade; 5.625" OAL. The knife is unused/uncarried. but the edge was lightly touched up on a Sharpmaker. I personally can't see it with the naked eye, but if you run your fingernail along the edge, you can feel a tiny edge nick that would easily sharpen out in a few minutes, but I'll leave that to the buyer. The finish of the blade, handle and (never used) leather pouch are flawless. Nice tight, smooth blade pivot. Opens and closes easily with one hand. Weights only 1 oz. The knife is essentially as-new, condition wise, save for the lightly touched-up edge.

The blade was ground somewhat off-center (typical for these), but doesn't rub the scales. No scratches or rubmarks anywhere.
